The first session of the Entrepreneur Development Seminar was held at the Public Library Ground in Kushtia, organised by Projuktite Kushtia in collaboration with Gurukul. The seminar aimed to provide guidance on transforming new entrepreneurial ideas into viable businesses, business registration, management, and various aspects of entrepreneurship and enterprise development.
This programme was organised as part of Technology Festival 2011 and brought together local young entrepreneurs, businesspeople, and students. Speakers discussed in detail the essentials for becoming an entrepreneur, including planning, risk management, market analysis, digital marketing, and the importance of networking.
Speakers’ Perspective on Entrepreneur Development:
The speakers highlighted that entrepreneur development not only leads to individual economic prosperity but also plays a vital role in job creation, innovative solutions, and the growth of the local economy. They emphasised that the new generation must combine confidence, training, and technological knowledge to become successful entrepreneurs. Proper guidance and training can effectively set an entrepreneur on the path to success.
At the end of the seminar, participants shared their own experiences and plans for becoming entrepreneurs. The speakers responded to a variety of questions and offered advice based on practical experience.
